Unless specifically requested on shopping cart order will ship via FedEx our shipper of choice though some orders may ship USPS or UPS. Return and Warranty Policy Wholesalepumps offers a 30 day return policy. Any returns or warranty request must contain original invoice(make a copy for your records)and note reason for return. Credit card statement not accepted. If the item you purchased at www.wholesalepumps.com fails within 30 days from date of invoice return the item to www.wholesalepumps.com. Past 30 days call the Manufacturer listed below for warranty. For Leader and Little Giant call Pump World. If the manufacture of your product is not listed call or e-mail and we will get you the manufactures number and contact info. Products under $20.00 non-returnable. Products that have been used are non-returnable if you return a used pump we cannot issue credit. We only sell new products. Credit card statement not accepted. Product models starting with “R” or “RW” identify as closest available replacement models to the original OEM product that is no longer produced or readily available through wholesalepumps.com. There is no guarantee replacement will match original model in physical size and performance. We do guarantee to work hard and supply the closest available replacement.

Returns Policy: Products that have been used are non-returnable (to avoid possible contamination) if you return a used pump we cannot issue credit. We only sell new products. If you must return a product within the 30 day grace period because of a manufactures defect(solely determined by Wholesalepumps and the manufacture) or because it was ordered by mistake:

• 1) make sure it is in the original box,
• 2) Warranty period starts from date of invoice so make a copy of the receipt for your records (if you need an exchange (only unused products) note it on the copy of the invoice you are returning), and send in a copy of the invoice with product. Note on copy of invoice what is the problem with the product. We cannot issue credit on warranty’s, once an item has been used we can only warranty the item. We reserve the right to replace warranty with equal or lesser value. • 3) ship prepaid, buy the proper insurance with the carrier your using. Invoiced shipping is non-refundable. Wholesalepumps.com is not responsible for any carrier delays you may experience when having your product delivered.
• 4) please include the receipt of the unit so we know who to credit.
• 5)special orders and items that ship from factory to you fall under non-returns.
• 6)Credit will be made directly to your credit card.
• 7)5% transaction fee will be charged (that is the fee that the credit card company charges). Wholesale Pumps reserves the right to charge 0%-25% restock fee on a case by case basis for non defective products .
• 8)Customer pays for all shipping (including warranty’s), Orders over $200.00 require signature, Business address requires signature. We can only take back products that are non-used, non-altered in original box and resalable condition, because we are sure you wouldn’t want to buy a previously used product. Wholesalepumps not responsible for shipping delays including shipping to Canada. Wholesalepumps pays Post office, FedEx and UPS shipping on your behalf and is non-refundable.
• Cancelled orders subject to 3% credit card transaction fee.
• Pump World reserves the right to replace any product warranty with one of equal or lesser value. Pump World does not issue monetary credit for warranty’s only physical product.
• Pump World & wholesalepumps is not responsible for incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind.
• Except for the limited warranty stated above, there are no express or implied warranties. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed. Some states do not permit the disclaimer of implied warranties. Warranty’s apply to products used in the USA. Outside of the USA warranty’s no longer apply. All pumps are electrically Tested before shipping out.
• This limited warranty shall be null and void if product has been subjected to physical abuse, misuse such as using liquid chlorine or tablets, neglect, modification (i.e. cut power cord), improper installation, unauthorized repair or run dry. Warranties do not apply to LED’s , UV bulbs and replacement bulbs of all types or transformers (adapters) of all types, moving pump parts such as impellers.
