No lubricating oil or seals means practically maintenance free. The engineered vortex impeller and rotor ride on high technology ceramic shaft and bearing set. The pump can be used submersible or inline and is rated for both fresh and salt water systems. Note: when used inline place at or below water line for flooded suction, note: not self priming.
