LifeGard Sea Horse .75 hp 4560 gph
LifeGard Sea Horse .75 hp is identical to the .50 hp but slightly higher lift and flow and is a self priming pump for inline use. Great for waterfalls. Self-priming design. When pump is stopped the waterfall water runs backwards and drains pipe but this problem is solved by installing a swing check valve on suction pipe. If by chance water did drain because of check valve failure the pump holds water in the priming pot to restart avoiding dry-run. Reinforced fiberglass for strength and durability with a large capacity debris trapping basket with see through lid. Easy access drain plugs for cold weather draining , prevents freezing. All Sea Horse Pumps are threaded 1.5″ FNPT Suction by 1.5″ FNPT discharge. This unit can also be used in smaller swimming pools.
