Enclosed efficient asynchronous direct drive motor, no seals to break and easy to clean washable pre filter ensures long trouble free pump life, filter is removable. Low energy draw at only 180 watts, water lubricated and cooled motor rides on high tech ceramic bearings and impeller is mounted on a ceramic shaft. Designed for use in ponds and waterfalls. Fresh or salt water design can run continuous 24/7 and can be installed inline or submersible. 20 ft power cord. Note: when using pump inline unit must be placed below water level to prime.
